They call 2-3 times a day at about the same time each day. My cell phone number is free after 9 pm so I called the number back and I didn't get a company greeting name, but the typical phonetree telling us their number. On weekends I get free minutes so I will try to call back then and try to get off their list. We paid the full balance to our Macy's account, so I think I'll cancel the account.
